Poor vegan college kid turned weird granola adult, I found answers in global cuisine when soy milk was about as progressive as it got. Curries, stews and bizarre fusion fueled a hungry desperate college student and they now fuel the imagination of a late 20s cat mom with too much time on her burn-laden hands.
